Essential Oils:
Recommended Oils: cinnamon leaf, lemongrass, rosemary
*Blend to relieve indigestion caused by physical stress:
- 2 drops cinnamon leaf
- 4 drops coriander seed
- 4 drops tangerine
- Add these oils to 20 ml/4 tsp carrier oil
- Apply to the abdomen using clockwise strokes
*Blend to soothe indigestion or help to relieve constipation:
- 2 drops lemongrass
- 4 drops coriander seed
- 4 drops mandarin
- Add these oils to 20 ml/4 tsp carrier oil
- Apply it twice a day, using clockwise abdominal massage
*Blend to bring back zest to a tired mind:
- 4 drops rosemary
- 4 drops peppermint
- 4 drops grapefruit
- Add these oils to 20 ml/4 tsp carrier oil
- Rub into the neck and shoulders.
